When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, OS version, app version (System → About inside the app), and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. You can also send feedback directly from inside the app (System → Feedback) — it attaches the technical details automatically.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and only there. Nutrisize Health has no accounts and no cloud copies of your
health records. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I back up or export my data?
Open System → Data (Data Management) in the app and export your health data as a JSON
file at any time. Because data is device-local, export before switching devices.
How do I delete my data?
Use the Data Management screen inside the app, or simply uninstall the app — local data goes
with it.
How do I restore my premium purchase?
Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play. On a new device, use the app's restore
option (or reinstall while signed in to the same Apple/Google account).

No. The app provides general educational information only — always consult a qualified
